Flu? Leave the Aspirin in the Cabinet!

Homeopathy has long successful history of helping bodies get over the flu. The big 1918 influenza epidemic claimed many that were conventionally treated with aspirin and quinine.

There is a little jewel of a book called, Influenza and It's Homeopathic Treatment by Bhatia V. R., that has many quotes by doctors who were working through that epidemic. A few are here as follows:

"A physician in a Pittsburgh hospital asked a nurse if she knew anything better than what he was doing, because he was losing many cases. "Yes, Doctor; Stop Aspirin and go down to a Homeopathic Pharmacy

and get homeopathic remedies." The doctor replied, "But, that is homeopathy." "I know it, but the Homeopathic doctors for whom I have nursed have not lost a single case." (He became and ardent Homeopath.) W.F. Edmundson M.D.

"In a plant of 8,000 workers we had on only one death. The patients were not drugged to death. Gelsemium (homeopathic Yellow Jasmine) was practically the only remedy used. We used no Aspirin and no vaccine."

Frank Wieland M.D.

"I did not lose a single case of influenza; my death rate in the pnuemonias was 2.1%. The salicylates including the Aspirin and Quinine, were almost the sole standbys of the conventional medical school and it was a common thing to hear them speaking of losing 60% of their pnuemonias." Dudley A. Williams, M.D.

"My low death rate at Camp Lee was due entirely to the fact that I avoided the use of Aspirin absolutely. I was complimented by the Chief Medical Officer as having the lowest death rate in the hospital. After the medical chief had noted the effect of Aspirin on the blood and the results which I was having in using the Homeopathy, he discouraged the use of Aspirin and the death rate came down very rapidly after that ruling." Carleton A. Harkness, M.D.

But what to do when the flu comes around? Have you ever heard of the homeopathic Oscillococcinum?

Oscillococcinum works rapidly, with 63 percent of patients showing “complete resolution” or “clear improvement” at 48 hours.

Oscillo works best when taken early, so it’s helpful to keep it on hand. Take Oscillo at the first signs of flu-like symptoms.

It's good to have it on hand because when the flu strikes no one feels like driving to the store!
